Cruse Promoted to Detective Sergeant
The Belmont County Sheriff’s Office would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Doug Cruse, who was promoted to Detective Sergeant on January 25th, 2015. Sergeant Cruse has been with the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office since August of 2001.
